The Huntington Theatre in Boston Announces its 2011-2012 Season, Celebrating 30 Years



The Huntington Theatre Company  has announced its 2011-2012 schedule, in celebration of its 30th season as one of New England's most acclaimed and accomplished theatre companies.

The line-up includes Candide, Before I Leave You, God of Carnage, Ma Rainey's Black Bottom, Tartuffle,  and The Luck of the Irish. Other plays will be added in the fall.

The Luck of the Irish is described as "the world premier of a compelling Boston story by Huntington Theatre Playwriting Fellow Kirsten Greenidge....It explores personal stories of integration and the confict of calling any place your home."  It runs March 30- April 29, 2012 at the Calderwood Pavilion at the Boston Center for the Arts.
