Canada's annual Celtic Festival of Quebec is taking place in Quebec City on August 29 through September 8, 2013.
The festival kicks off on Thursday, August 29, with a whiskey and cheese reception at the Morrin Center, followed by a Celtic gathering at L'Auberge Internationale de Quebec at 8:00 p.m, featuring live music Here are more details.
