Burren Pub in Davis Square Hosting Traditional Music Concert on Wednesday, February 22

The Burren Pub in Davis Square, Somerville, is continuing its Back Room Series with a concert by a group of great musicians on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 7:30 p.m.

Hosted by Brian O'Donovan, popular radio host of the weekly WGBH show, Celtic Sojourn, the concert features Andrew MacNamara on button accordion, Ged Foley on vocals and guitar and Orla Harrington on fiddle.  The trio will be joined by special guest Joey Arbata on uilleann pipes.

Tickets are $23 in advance and $25 at the door, and WGBH members receive a $5 discount.  You can order tickets through Brown Paper Tickets.

The Burren Pub is the premier place to hear traditional Irish music in the greater Boston area.  It was founded in 1996 by stellar musicians Tommy McCarthy and Louise Costello
