Boston Rock and Blues Concert Cruise Kicks off Summer Season with Celtic Bands on June 5

(Boston) -- The Rock and Blues Concert Cruise in Boston Harbor gets off to a great start this summer on June 5, 2011 with two great bands, Enter the Haggis and Carbon Leaf. 

The Boston Irish Tourism Association is raffling off a pair of free tickets to the concert.  To take a chance, visit BITA's Contest Page.

The boat leaves at 3:00 p.m. from the World Trade Center Pier in Boston's Seaport District at 200 Seaport Boulevard.  You can board the boat starting at 2:00 p.m.

An event honoring the recipients was held on Monday, December 16, 2024 at the Metropolitan Club near Central Park. The Kip Tiernan Memorial is located in Boston's Back Bay on Dartmouth Street between Newbury and Boylston streets, next to Old South Church, and honors her relentless fight for economic and social justice, and her special attention to helping homeless women.
