Lawrence, MA holds St. Patrick's Parade on Saturday, March 28

The annual St. Patrick's Day parade in Lawrence, MA is taking place on Saturday, March 28, 2015, beginning at 1:00 p.m.  The parade starts at the intersection of Essex and Amsbury Streets and proceeds through town, ending at Market and Loring Streets.

This year's grand marshall is Tom Murphy.

The parade had previously been set for March 8, but that was postponed due to the weather.  You can also follow the parade on facebook.

An event honoring the recipients was held on Monday, December 16, 2024 at the Metropolitan Club near Central Park. The Kip Tiernan Memorial is located in Boston's Back Bay on Dartmouth Street between Newbury and Boylston streets, next to Old South Church, and honors her relentless fight for economic and social justice, and her special attention to helping homeless women.
